Craft Lake City, SLUG Magazine's alternative arts and crafts festival, is now accepting applications for its second annual show, to be held Aug. 14.
Applications can be submitted by filling out a form at www.craftlakecity.com and will be accepted until June 4. All submissions will be evaluated by a team of judges, and applicants will be notified of their status by mid-June.
Craft Lake City 2010 will take place at the Gallivan Center in downtown Salt Lake City and is free and open to the public. Last year, the alternative craft event drew 15 sponsor booths, eight local bands and more than 3,500 visitors.
