1 apple and 1 tablespoon reduced-fat peanut butter

10 raw almonds and 2 tablespoons raisins, or ½ cup freeze-fried mixed berries

1 cup fat-free yogurt with 10 almonds

15 peanut butter-filled pretzels.

½ banana and ½ cup fat-free pudding

1 orange and 2 ounces soy nuts

1 orange and ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese

¼ cup pumpkin seeds and ½ cup apple sauce

1 cup sugar-free chocolate pudding

½ cup low-fat cottage cheese with ½ cup pineapple

1 lite yogurt with 2 teaspoons Grape-Nuts cereal

1 orange and 6 ounces lite yogurt
