After an extensive search, the Salt Lake Art Center announced Micol Hebron as the new senior curator of exhibitions.
Hebron received her MFA from UCLA in 2000 and has exhibited and curated at the Central Utah Art Center in Ephraim. In addition, Hebron currently writes for Art Forum, Flash Art International and Arte Contexto.
No stranger to the art world, Hebron has exhibited all over the globe, from Los Angeles to Berlin.
Hebron will be at the Salt Lake Art Center Saturday at 4 p.m., to give a public presentation titled "Redefining the Artist-Art Center Relationship" and will assume the post of senior curator Aug. 15.
