ST. GEORGE — Troopers believe slick roads led to a fatal rollover when a woman from Enterprise, Washington County, was ejected from her car Thursday morning.
The 57-year-old woman was driving southbound on state Route 18 when her Nissan Altima veered off the left shoulder of the road and started to roll, striking multiple trees and rocks, the Utah Highway Patrol reported. The car came to a rest on its top about 7 a.m.
Margaret Ybright was killed instantly.
UHP trooper Cameron Roden said they believe Ybright, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was traveling too fast for the conditions.
