Afterthoughts

Twenty-five years after Reagan and Gorbachev began nuclear disarmament, each side will be down to a dangerously miniscule 1,500 warheads (Sarcasm. Mine.)

Reducing each side to only 1,550 warheads, the new U.S.-Russian Arms Control Treaty assures the mutual destruction of 1,550 American cities and 1,550 Russian cities. Duck and cover, kids.

Remember when Reagan said, "trust, but verify"? At least they got the verify part right.

As we take baby steps toward zero nuclear weapons, the baby is 25 years old. The good news is he will be covered by his parents' health care plan until he's 26.
