Another Language Performance Arts Company panel discussions March 29-April 1

In conjunction to the "InterPlay: Event Horizon" performances, Another Language Performance Arts Company will also hold free panel discussions March 29-April 1 at the Intermountain Network and Scientific Computation Center on the University of Utah Campus.

Panels begin at 6 p.m.

The topics are as follows:

March 29: "Artistic Administration — How It Has Grown and Changed Over the Past 25 years"

March 30: "Community Artists and Activists — Share Thoughts on the Use of Technology in Art, Presentations and Events"

March 31: "Utah Interplay Participants Discuss the Experience of Performing in an InterPlay"

April 1: "Remote Panel — Discussions on Telematic Performance with Access Grid Technology"

Panelists include Salt Lake City Arts Council executive director Nancy Boskoff, artist Cynthia Hogan, University of Illinois, National Center for Supercomputing Applications media specialist Jeff Carpenter and Deseret News music and dance editor Scott Iwasaki.
