When I learned recently that the LDS Church and local civic leaders were pursuing a biofuel project (March 16) by using "unusable" land, I was elated. In a world where mankind and government leaders have made poor decisions and have wasted earthly, human and economic resources, this new information is a ray of hope. The peoples of the world have countless needs and problems. But with some divine inspiration, solutions can be found.
