SALT LAKE CITY — Commercial real estate brokerage firm Commerce Real Estate Solutions announced Monday the acquisition of two commercial real estate offices in Seattle and Bellevue, Wash.
The offices were acquired from Cushman & Wakefield, the world's largest privately held commercial real estate services firm. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. According to a news release, the expansion will increase Commerce staff size to 260 employees.
Commerce said it intends to hire additional agents immediately to "actively grow the offices." Currently the offices service small and large clients, including Amazon.com.
