NBA (6:30 p.m., FSN): Jazz at Bucks

Men's college basketball: Mountain West men's semifinals (7 and 9:30 p.m., CBS C). Only one of the WAC semifinals will be telecast, and it won't be the one with Utah State (if the Aggies won on Thursday). It's the second game, which will air at 10 p.m. on ESPN2.

Ghost Whisperer (7 p.m., Ch. 2): The ghost of a little girl is trapped in a haunted house.

Who Do You Think You Are? (7 p.m., Ch. 5): Emmitt Smith explores his genealogy.

Caprica (7 and 9 p.m., Syfy): Daniel and Joseph get closer to finding their dead daughters' avatars.

Medium (8 p.m., Ch. 2): Allison tries to cope with the increasing strength of her gift.

Numb3rs (9 p.m., Ch. 5): Charlie and Amita get married, then join search for Don's missing gun. This is season finale and — in all likelihood — the series finale.
