HOLLADAY — A man who entered a Zions Bank removed his sunglasses and hat when asked on Tuesday and then proceeded to rob the bank.
Police said the man walked into the bank, 4675 S. Highland Drive, about 4:30 p.m. and was approached by a bank manager who asked him to remove his sunglasses and hat, explaining they don't like people in the bank who appear to be hiding their identity.
The man complied, and then walked up to a teller with a note demanding cash, said Unified Police Lt. Don Hutson.
Surveillance images captured the man, who is described as nearly 6 feet tall with pale skin and a thin build and wearing a camouflage jacket.
"I think we're going to be able to identify him," Hutson said.
