P.F. Chang's China Bistro has expanded its gluten-free menu, featuring beef entrees for the first time. Some of the gluten-free dishes include P.F. Chang's signature chicken lettuce wraps, Singapore Street noodles, Mongolian beef, fried rice, Buddha's feast, moo goo gai pan and flourless chocolate dome (pfcb.com).

Noodles & Company at 5207 S. State is hosting a food drive to support the Utah Food Bank March 16, from 5-10 p.m. The items will be distributed to more than 230 agencies and programs, multiple Kids Cafe and BackPack sites and through senior food box deliveries (801-284-5757).

The Blue Boar Inn & Restaurant will offer a St. Patrick's Day tasting menu on March 17. Chef Eric May's three-course menu will includes Irish dishes such as corned beef and cabbage, for $29.95 per person (888-650-1400 or www.theblueboarinn.com).

Panda Express is introducing Honey Walnut Shrimp to its menus today, March 10. Those who go to www.facebook.com/PandaExpress or twitter.com/PandaExpressInc can find a coupon for a free single-size serving of Honey Walnut Shrimp.

Ticino Trattoria, located in the Deer Valley Club of Silver Lake Village in Deer Valley, is offering a five-course wine pairing dinner hosted by executive chef Michael Showers. Cost is $115 per person (435-645-9909).
