Thank you for your excellent, well-thought-out editorial. It's about time you and other newspapers took off the gloves regarding President Barack Obama and his current administration. History will almost certainly denote Obama as breaker of stereotypes but otherwise a colossal mistake by this nation's voters.
Now, if only newspaper editorial staffs like the Deseret News' will start recommending specific reforms we can follow to get something useful done, such as recommending:
Stopping Medicare from keeping people alive who are essentially dead.
Encouraging people to work more years by eliminating Social Security (FICA, Federal Old Age Benefits) payroll taxes on those who continue to work past 65.
Outlaw unions with government jobs.
