SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Hogle Zoo's orangutans will try to call the winner of the Super Bowl by trashing some "enrichment" toys.
The Salt Lake City zoo announced that it will put its great apes to a test of fortunetelling fortitude.
The contest has been scheduled for Thursday, as Hogle Zoo's Bornean orangutans choose between oversized Saints and Colts footballs.
At the zoo they're calling it the Orangutan Bowl.
Zoo officials didn't explain exactly how these apes will make the call. They're inviting everybody who wants to to show up Thursday and see it for themselves.
The Super Bowl will be played Sunday in Miami.
