"The Curious Savage," Feb. 4, 7 p.m., and Feb. 6, 9 a.m., Heritage Theatre, 2505 S. Highway 89, Perry.
Be prepared to read cold from the script. Bring a wallet-size photo of yourself and a detailed list of conflicts, as well as a resume or list of your acting experience.
Show dates are April 16-May 8, directed by Mandee Shaffer.
"Wonderland," Feb. 4, 4-7 p.m., and Feb. 6, 1-3 p.m., Sugar Factory Playhouse, 8201 S. 2200 West, South Jordan.
Youths ages 7-17 needed. Come prepared to sing a short, upbeat song (no prepared monologues needed). Actors will do cold readings from the script and learn simple dance steps.
There will be an accompanist, CD player and tape player available, if needed.
Show dates are April 28-May 1.
Desert Star Theatre, Feb. 2, 5-7 p.m., 4861 S. State, Murray
The playhouse is casting for several original parodies. Prepare a one-minute monologue, joke or story and 16 bars of an upbeat song. Sheet music required. Accompanist will be provided. No minus track or a cappella singing.
Needed are men and women, 18 and older. Must be able to do comedy and be strong singers; some dance experience preferred. All roles are paid.
