With LDS finalist Brooke White out of the competition, fans who have been watching two LDS performers sing their way to the top of the "American Idol" pyramid zeroed in on David Archuleta during Tuesday's broadcast, which featured classics from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
According to judges, Archuleta "crushed" the competition with his performances of Ben E. King's classic "Stand By Me" and Elvis Presley's "Love Me Tender," but some viewers responding on americanidol.com gave him more lackluster reviews.
