"One World, Many Stories: Community Sidewalk Chalk Drawing Day" will be Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at all Salt Lake City libraries.

Community members of all ages are invited to visit a city library branch to create a sidewalk chalk art drawing to share with their neighbors.

The event is intended to build community by encouraging an exchange of ideas by means of visual and verbal storytelling and to foster community awareness and understanding of the diverse backgrounds and experiences of others.
