Police are asking for help tracking down a gang member with prior arrests for aggravated assault, drugs and theft.

Jamie Ralph Hamlin, 27, is the Salt Lake Metro Gang Unit's public enemy No. 1. He is wanted on a no-bail fugitive warrant and is considered armed and dangerous, police said.

Hamlin is a 6-foot-1, 180-pound white male with brown eyes and brown hair. He has tattoos, including fully sleeved arms and legs and his last name tattooed on his stomach.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 743-7000.
