VOLLEYBALL: The BYU women's volleyball team will embark on a 13-day tour of Argentina on Thursday. The NCAA allows Division 1 teams to travel abroad once every four years, and this will be the team's seventh foreign tour but its first to South America. BYU will play five matches, including a May 5 contest against the Argentine Junior National Team.

BASEBALL: The Cougars (18-26) won their second game in a row with a 17-10 victory Tuesday over Northern Colorado at Greeley, Colo.

Cougar outfielders Sean McNaughton, Kent Walton and Jonathan Cluff along with third baseman Steve Parker and Bryce Ayoso all had big days. McNaughton led off with a home run to extend his hitting streak to 10 games with his team-leading 11th blast. That was followed by a two-run shot a couple batters later from Parker. Walton hit a two-run homer and an RBI triple, Cluff added a two-run double and Ayoso hit a two-run homer of his own. Pinch-hitter Thomas Bills contributed a two-run double in the sixth.

The Cougars return home for a three-game series against league-leading New Mexico starting on Thursday at 7 p.m.
