A rally to protest the actions of Texas officials concerning members of the FLDS Church in Eldorado is planned for this evening.

Protesters are expected to gather outside EnergySolutions Arena starting at 6:30 p.m., as the Utah Jazz prepare to face the Houston Rockets in the NBA playoffs.

Bob Breeze, the Salt Lake attorney who planned the protest, has sent letters to both teams demanding they cancel their playoff games as a sign of solidarity and respect for the citizens of Texas ... who have had their homes raided and their children taken.
