Logan quarterback Jeff Manning did more than just hold his own at "Football University," an invitation-only camp for youth and high school football players last weekend. He worked closely with instructor Larry Kennan, a former NFL offensive coordinator who has worked as an instructor to pro stars Eli Manning, Tony Romo and Drew Brees.
"Jeff has prototypical quarterback size, good footwork and a very strong arm," Kennan said. "He worked diligently to quicken his release by the end of the FBU weekend. He should keep working the small things techniques and he'll have a very bright future."

Quotable
