Salt Lake City Mayor Ralph Becker will host his first Saturday Morning with the Mayor at 9 a.m. Saturday in the large bowery at Jordan Park, 1060 S. 900 West.
Becker and city staff will be on hand to visit with and answer questions from the public. The event is an outgrowth of the campaign promise Becker made to be open and accessible as mayor and to focus on the city at the neighborhood level.
At 10 a.m., Becker will join students from the Lowell Bennion Community Service Center for an Earth Day service planting project at the Bend-in-the-River, 1030 W. Fremont Ave.
