Sierra Club rates Utah lawmakers

Environment watchdogs may be interested in the Sierra Club's new scorecard that rates what the group thinks about how Utah lawmakers voted during the 2008 session on several bills.

Rep. Roz McGee and Sen. Scott McCoy, both D-Salt Lake, were singled out for receiving good grades on their efforts to "help Utah conserve energy and direct energy policy for the future." For a complete list of the Sierra Club's grades for each legislator, visit the Web site utah.sierraclub.org/legislative.asp.
