A 42-year-old South Salt Lake woman was charged Friday with felony endangerment of a child after her 5-year-old tested positive for cocaine and opiates, according to court documents.

A referant in the case phoned the Utah Division of Child and Family Services in late February and told them that they had "borrowed" the child's urine in order to pass a drug test and that the test had come back positive for cocaine. Subsequent testing of the child was positive for cocaine and opiates, according to the filing.
