AMERICAN FORK — Fleet Feet Sports, 368 N. 750 West, No. C-2, is offering "No Boundaries," a 12-week training program beginning April 21, for beginners hoping to run or walk their first 5K race.

The purpose of the program is to introduce participants to the lifetime fitness activities of running and walking and to encourage healthier lifestyles.

The group will meet every Saturday at 9 a.m. at the store. Each participant will receive a technical shirt, technical socks, a technical hat, water bottle and a shoe bag. A $75 registration fee is required.

No Boundaries will offer guidance and advice from experienced coaches, weekly group training runs or walks and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear and avoiding injury.
