Marie Osmond echoed those sentiments.

"I wish him luck," she said. "Just relax and do your best."

Archuleta, however, hasn't performed on a national stage with his sister. Nor does he have a good-natured rivalry with his sibling.

Donny is certainly supportive of Marie.

"I thought she did a fantastic job (on 'Dancing')," he said. " I think she could've won. I think it's a fantastic resurgence of her career."

But just ask them who is the better dancer.

"We know that I am," Donny said.

"Whatever he wants to believe," Marie retorted.

"Everything she knows, I taught her," Donny said.

"I'd like to see you put your body through (her dancing partner) Jonathan (Roberts)' legs and flip around and come back and then kick your leg over him," Marie said.

"Well, I'm not going to put (myself) through Jonathan's legs, OK?" Donny said.

And he said if he does agree to go on the show, he won't be asking Marie for advice.

"Heck no," Donny said. "I'll find out why she fainted and not do that."
