2 men are sought in restaurant robbery

BOUNTIFUL — Police here were looking this weekend for a pair of men who robbed a Mexican restaurant at gunpoint and tied up one of the employees.

About 8:45 a.m. Saturday, two men entered Su Casa Mexican Restaurant, 401 W. 500 South. One employee was tied up with a telephone cord, according to a press release from Bountiful Police. The robbers then took an undisclosed amount of cash and left.

Both men were Hispanic. One was wearing a gray hoody and sunglasses, the second a black baseball cap and a bandana over his face, according to police.

Anyone with information can call Bountiful police at 298-6000.
