Two Midvale men apparently got more than they bargained for when they hired a female escort to come to their residence, police say.
The escort's boyfriend came over, forced his way in at gunpoint, and he and the escort took a plasma-screen television, said Midvale Police Sgt. Chad Egan.
The victims called police about 7:30 a.m. Saturday with the license plate number of the vehicle the couple fled in, Egan said. That led police to a 22-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man, Egan said. Their names haven't been released because aggravated robbery charges are still pending, he said.
The escort claims she called her boyfriend because the men took her money and clothes and held her against her will, Egan said.
