Jewett Center for the Performing Arts (Westminster College, department of art, 1840 S. 1300 East) — Emma Eccles Jones Conservatory: "Senior Student Art Exhibit," featuring artwork by graduating art students, through April 21. Opening reception tonight at 6.

Tuesday

Chapman Library (577 S. 900 West, 525-8285) — "Hodge and Podge," featuring art by Catherineann Nelson, through May 17. Artist reception Saturday at 1:30 p.m.

Gallery 25 (268 Historic 25th St., Ogden, 334-9881) — Art by Mac Stevenson, through April.

Friday

Eccles Community Art Center (2580 Jefferson Ave., Ogden, 392-6935) — Main Gallery: "Weber County School District Secondary Students" exhibit. Carriage House Gallery: Photographs by father and daughter artists, Paul W. Muller and Debra Muller. Both exhibits through April 26. Opening reception tonight from 6-9.

Gallery at the Station (Union Station, 2501 Wall Ave., Ogden, 629-8446) — Paintings by Gary L. Bateman and pottery by K. Rassmussen, through April 29. Artists' reception tonight from 6-9.

Terra Nova Gallery (41 W. 300 North, Provo, 801-374-0016) — Art by husband and wife teams, featuring Andres and Jenny Bravo, Sharron and Paul Evans, Ben and Kerri Hammond and Clay and Rebecca Watstaff, through May 30. Artist reception tonight from 6-9.

The Wine Store (255 S. 300 East) — Landscapes in oil by Joshua Baird and Valerie Orlemann through June 28. Ten percent of sales will be donated to the Grand Staircase-Escalante Partners.

Universe City Gallery (2556 Washington Blvd., Ogden, 435-458-8959) — Work by Louis Aponte through April 19. Opening reception tonight from 5-8.

Saturday

St. George Art Museum (47 E. 200 North, St. George, 435-634-5942) — Mezzanine gallery: "Wood Takes Root," featuring contemporary woodwork by artists from around the world. Also "Dennis Elliott: Recent Work," featuring woodwork by the artist. Legacy gallery: "The Inspired Line: Selected Prints of Albrect Durer and Rembrandt van Rijn from the Thrivent Financial Collection of Religious Art" and "From Blocks to Rocks," featuring the woodblock prints of Royden Card. All exhibits on display through May 24.

Continuing exhibitions

A Gallery* (1321 S. 2100 East, 583-4800) — "Enigmas," featuring collaborative art by Suzanne Kanatsiz and Jake Gilson, through April 30.

Alice Merrill Horne Gallery* (617 E. South Temple, 236-7555) — An exhibit of recently conserved paintings from the State Fine Art Collection, including pieces by Lee Greene Richards, Francis L. Horspool, John Hafen and more, through March.

Anderson-Foothill Branch Library (1135 S. 2100 East) — "Ruralscapes" by Julie Crews through April 19.
