Police arrested a man they say stabbed a Valley Fair Mall employee Friday night.
Jose Jimenez, 19, was booked Sunday on suspicion of aggravated assault, said West Valley Police Lt. Lamonte Cox.
Police say Jimenez stabbed a 24-year-old man in the chest with a knife during an argument. The victim was working at a mall kiosk and began talking to a woman at another kiosk, police said. That upset Jimenez who was also talking to the woman, police said.
The victim was flown to a local hospital for surgery. He was in stable condition Sunday, Cox said.
