The Al-Mustapha Foundation is hosting the third annual Mawlid of the Prophet Muhammad at Utah Islamic Center, 211 W. 9000 South, Sandy, at 2 p.m. Sunday.
The public is invited for an afternoon of Quran and poetry recitation and a speech by Sheikh Usama Cannon from California. Refreshments will be served. For more information, go to www.utislamiccenter.org.
