VOLCANO, Hawaii (AP) An explosion at the erupting Kilauea volcano has scattered rocks over an area including a tourist lookout. No injuries were reported.
A scientist says Wednesday's explosion was the first in the Halemaumau (hah-lay-MOW'-mow) Crater in the Kilauea (kil-uh-WAY'-uh) volcano since 1924.
