Take a bit of Mozart, Vivaldi, Schubert, Beethoven and add some King's Singers, Cowboy poetry and Judy Garland.
Then stir it all up with guest conductors such as Hannu Lintu, Pietari Inkinen, Thomas Wilkins and, of course, Keith Lockhart.
Add a pinch of the Utah Symphony Chorus with a tad of pianists Garrick Ohlsson, Olga Kern and John Kimura Parker and sprinkle in some violinists such as Baiba Skride, Viviane Hagner, Ralph Matson and Henning Kraggerud.
What comes out is the Utah Symphony's 2008-09 season, which was announced earlier this week.
Make note that this will be Utah Symphony music director Keith Lockhart's final season with the Utah Symphony.
