Birds and brunch, birds and art history, birds and preschoolers, birds, birds, birds. This month's offerings at the Ogden Nature Center include a brunch on Saturday, as local wildlife artist Debbie Goodman gives a slideshow on birds and art history. Cost is $14 and $16.
On Monday (and later in the month as well) a series of children's classes focus on Fair Feathered Friends. Cost is $3. Entries in the 15th annual handcrafted Birdhouse Competition are due at the end of the month.
Then, too, March at the Ogden Nature Center includes a book club discussion of "Animal, Vegetable and Miracle," by Barbara Kingsolver. And an Earth Day Art Poster Contest is coming up in early April. Call 621-7595 for details and to preregister for the brunch and classes. Or visit www.ogdennaturecenter.org.
