I was reading about Wallace Baker, a 94-year-old man who was still driving because his children didn't know how to take his keys away from him. He ended up getting killed in a car accident. Fortunately, no one else was killed. This again brings up the question: How are the children supposed to get their parents to give up their keys? I have one simple suggestion: Pass a law that requires drivers to take a test when they are 80 years old. If they get an "A" they can wait another five years before they need to take a test again.
If they fail, then the law will be telling them they can't drive and children will be relieved of this responsibility.
