Thank you for the editorial homage to Snelgrove's! (Feb. 25). I grew up near there, and many dates were wrapped up with ice cream from Snelgrove's Ice Cream Parlor.
Here's hoping that Dreyer's will choose (and be allowed) to adopt a few favorite Snelgrove's flavors into their line. How about a continuation of Bear Lake (now Mountain) Raspberry or Canadian Vanilla?
