I would like to thank West Valley City for the decision to initiate a curbside recycling program. I grew up in West Jordan, which has had a recycling program in place for more than 10 years. I got used to filling two large recycling bins and leaving the garbage bin half-full. When I moved to West Valley City, I was very disappointed to find no curbside program in place. Thank you for enabling me, and everyone in West Valley City, to support clean living.
