• The City Library, 210 E. 400 South, will host "Teen Bookmaking @ The City Library," a seven-week course teaching teens the secrets to creating a great book. The class is every Wednesday afternoon, from 4-5, beginning Feb. 27 and running through April 9. To register, call 322-8133 or visit the library. • The Kimball Art Center, 638 Park, Park City, will host an Art Talk, "Understanding Power," Friday from 5-6 p.m. Artist Kim Martinez will discuss her work, which is politically motivated, examining physical imperfections, ethnic stereotypes and gender restriction. Martinez will also talk about her painting process.

• Winners in the 21st annual Robert N. and Peggy Sears Dixie Invitational Art Show are Karl Thomas, Provo, who was awarded the Best of Show for his "Utah Winter," and Chris Young, Orem, who received the first-time award "Best in Show" for his "Leaving the Handcarts."
