• Sandra Payne recently joined James & Co. Business Advisors/CPAs as manager of assurance services. Payne brings more than eight years of CPA practice experience to the company. Payne comes to James & Co. from a firm in Texas, where she served as senior auditor.
• D. Jason Hawkins and Richard A. Vazquez have been named shareholders of the law firm Snow, Christensen & Martineau. Hawkins has handled business and commercial litigation cases involving a wide variety of claims, including securities, breach of contract, real property, fraud, commercial torts and professional liability claims, among others. Since joining Snow, Christensen & Martineau in 2001, Vazquez has devoted a major part of his practice to tort and insurance work.
• Dave Webb has been named U.S. general manager at XanGo LLC. Webb will be responsible for the development and execution of the U.S. market business plan. He previously was a senior sales manager. Webb joined XanGo in late 2004. Before that, he worked at a technology company, a direct-sales company and an independent distributor. He attended Utah Valley University and Brigham Young University.
• Kevin Call has joined the Utah County office of Commerce CRG as an agent. He previously spent 15 years as executive vice president of the Utah County Board of Realtors. His education includes degrees from Brigham Young University. He began his real estate career selling homes for another agency and later was a sales manager at another company.
