Trolley Square is offering customers free valet parking while the mall closes its west-side two-level parking garage for renovation.
The valet service is located at the mall's east side, near the water tower. For those who do not want valet parking, lots are available east, northeast and south of the mall across 600 South.
Trolley Square Associates LLC operating partner ScanlanKemperBard Companies and development partner Blake Hunt Ventures are spending $60 million for the mall's renovation. The construction will include a 300-space multi-level underground parking garage on the 600 East side of mall, and 40,000 square feet of new retail space on top of the parking garage. This summer, construction will begin on a 53,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market.
