• Kenneth W. Watson and Robert Q. Elder have been added as principals at Ensign Engineering and Land Surveying Inc. Watson has more than 38 years of experience in utility master planning and design; infrastructure design of residential, commercial, institutional and industrial projects; and irrigation, hydrologic and hydraulic engineering design and review. Elder has more than 24 years of experience, having performed and/or managed all civil site engineering, including utilities; water, sewer and storm drain; and site grading for numerous projects.
• Gregory Busch has joined the commercial production staff of Wells Fargo Insurance Services. Busch will support Small Business United as a national practice leader.
• Ann Cartwright-Bangerter has been appointed the director of sales and marketing at the Hotel Monaco Salt Lake City. She previously was associate director of sales at another Salt Lake hotel. Her prior experience includes sales and catering positions with hotels in California.
• Tim Schaeffer has been appointed vice president of strategic development at Listen Technologies Corp. He will be in charge of the company's product development and will research, develop and plan the implementation of new business opportunities. Schaeffer has more than 30 years of sales and marketing management experience in the professional audio industry.
• Julia Bond-Smith has been hired as director of client development for the American Academy of Professional Coders, an education and credentialing association for medical coders. She will assist both the education and marketing departments in extending education outreach. He previously worked at a pair of eye centers.
