RANGELY, Colo. Maquette Potts had a huge game for the College of Eastern Utah women's basketball team, helping the Golden Eagles win a second game in as many days over Colorado Northwestern.
Potts totaled a double-double of 14 points and 13 rebounds in CEU's 78-64 road win. The Golden Eagles improved to 12-10 overall and 3-4 in the SWAC with the sweep of the winless Spartans.

SLCC 55, SNOW 45: At Taylorsville, the Bruins beat the Badgers for a second consecutive day, following their tight 50-47 win Friday, with a double-digit victory.
The win kept SLCC (17-5, 6-1) within one game of first-place Southern Idaho (21-1, 7-0) for the top SWAC spot and three games ahead of third place CEU and North Idaho. Snow fell to 9-12, 2-5.
