Key stretch: After losing a 10-point lead in the first half, BYU scored 10 unanswered points before and after intermission to take control of what had been a 35-32 Wyoming lead.

Key stat: Trent Plaisted (19/10) and Jonathan Tavernari (10/10) each had a double-double for the Cougars.

Top performance: Lee Cummard, playing with four fouls much of the second half, had his third straight 20-plus scoring game with 25 points and also grabbed eight rebounds.
