Smart USA announced the U.S. sales launch of the 8-foot, 8-inch ForTwo, which will arrive at dealerships across the nation this week. Reservation-holders will have the first chance to buy the tiny imported two-seater, which gets 40 mpg highway and has a base price of $11,500.
