1 vs. 100 (7 p.m., Ch. 5): This boring game show — hosted by the charmless, unfunny Bob Saget — returns to NBC's schedule.

D-League basketball (7 p.m., Ch. 14): Bakersfield Jam at Utah Flash

How to Look Good Naked (7 and 9 p.m., Lifetime): Although the title seems somewhat salacious, the show is not. Fashion guy Carson Kressley ("Queer Eye") helps women feel good about their bodies and themselves.

Women's Murder Club (8:02 p.m., Ch. 4): Lindsay's life is threatened.

Friday Night Lights (8 p.m., Ch. 5): Not only has Riggins moved in with Coach Taylor's family, but the coaches and players from a rival high school — which was damaged by a tornado — have moved in to share the Panthers' football facilities.

Las Vegas (9 p.m., Ch. 5): Danny and Mike have to buy a horse for Cooper.

Miss America Reality Check (11 p.m., TLC): The Miss America pageant used to be a big TV event — now it's just another reality show. In this new series, the contestants all move in together, get made over and try to impress judges.
