In his closing remarks on "The McLaughlin Group," Lawrence O'Donnell commented that the mainstream media would continue to shirk their responsibility and not ask questions about Mitt Romney's "... anti-American and otherwise inexplicable religion."
I hope Mr. O'Donnell, being part of the media, investigates this "anti-American" religion and asks the many veterans of our armed services who are Mormon how they could believe in an "anti-American" religion. I couldn't help but think of my grandfather, who today still reflects on his World War II service and participation in subzero temperatures while fighting in the Battle of the Bulge.
All who have died for this country, regardless of their religion, held one aspect true: to protect and continue the values of the United States of America, including Mormons.
