The Ninth Annual Family Television Awards (8 p.m., Ch. 30): These awards (taped on Nov. 28) are given out by the Family Friendly Programming Forum, which operates under the auspices of the Association of National Advertisers. • Comedy: "Ugly Betty"
• Drama: "Heroes"
• New series: "Pushing Daisies"
• Reality: "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?"
• Special: "Planet Earth"
• Original cable series: "Kyle XY"
• Actor (tie): Zac Efron of "High School Musical 2" and Kyle Chandler of "Friday Night Lights"
• Actress: America Ferrera of "Ugly Betty"
