TREMONTON, Box Elder County The Utah Highway Patrol said two people were injured in an early morning crash near I-15.
UHP troopers said a white Dodge pickup was on the I-15 off-ramp when the driver made a sudden change and tried to get back on the freeway along state Route 13.
"He got T-boned by a black Dodge pickup," UHP Trooper Cameron Roden said Wednesday. "Between the two, we had two people pinned in the trucks who had to be extricated."
A medical helicopter was dispatched to the scene, but was unable to land because of extreme weather conditions. Both men were taken to a Tremonton area hospital. Roden said their conditions were unknown.
