• Polar Express on the Heber Valley Railroad, Dec. 13-15, 17-22. Read along as the train makes its magical journey to the North Pole. Meet Santa, enjoy caroling, hot cocoa, a treat and gift for each child. Children may wear pajamas. Cost: $32/$21 children/$29 seniors, 0-2 years ride on lap free. • Chauntenettes Women's Chorus: "The Most Wonderful Time of the Year" concert, Dec. 14 at 7 p.m. in the American Fork Tabernacle, 110 E. Main. Free.

• Christmas at Hee Haw Farms through Dec. 17. Take a journey to Bethlehem on a Nativity hayride featuring live actors, singers and animals. There are six different scenes to see. Other attractions include Santa Claus, karaoke caroling, hot chocolate, chili and doughnuts. Hours are Monday-Saturday from 5-9 p.m. with hayrides from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Cost: $5/$1 off with a donation of canned food, under 2 are free. Hee Haw Farms is at 4500 W. 700 South, Pleasant Grove. • "A Christmas Carol" through Dec. 22 at 7:30 p.m. at Hale Center Theater, 225 W. 400 North, Orem. Cost $13.50-$17.50. Call 226-8600.

• "22nd Annual Christmas Lamb Show" through Dec. 27 at the Springville Museum of Art, 126 E. 400 South. This juried show features artwork created by children throughout Utah Valley. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday, extended hours Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

• "A Christmas Carol — the Broadway Musical" through Dec. 22 (Thursdays-Saturdays and Mondays) at 7:30 p.m., Center Street Musical Theatre, 177 W. Center, Provo.
