PROVO (AP) The property where a church once stood is apparently a hard sell.
A Realtor has been having a hard time finding a buyer for the St. Francis Catholic Church property.
A partnership was trying to sell the land or develop it, but the group's contract with the church is up and was not renewed.
The church has already been torn down. It was removed from Provo's Landmarks Register to clear the way for demolition.
