NEPHI — An SUV rolled on I-15 early Tuesday morning, killing one person and seriously injuring three others.

The Utah Highway Patrol said the sport utility vehicle was southbound on I-15 about 2:45 a.m. Tuesday, a few miles south of Nephi. The vehicle drifted into the median and the driver swerved, causing it to roll, troopers said.

"It appears that nobody had a seat belt on," UHP trooper Cameron Roden said Tuesday.

Two men were ejected in the crash. Aaron C. Duran, 19, of Salinas, Calif., was killed. The others were taken to Central Valley Hospital in Nephi to be treated for their injuries.

Troopers said it appears driver fatigue was the cause of the crash.
